Turkish Walnut Gunstock Blanks
Turkish walnut — the Anatolian-grown form of Juglans regia, often called Circassian walnut — has been the first choice for fine gunstocks for over two centuries. Cold, harsh highland climate and slow growth give it what stockmakers prize: rich color, dramatic figure, and a grain tight enough to hold checkering at 32 lines per inch. We've imported it directly from Turkey since 1994, seasoning and grading every blank ourselves.
Every blank below is photographed individually — the wood you see is the wood you receive. Rifle (1-piece), shotgun (2-piece), and Mannlicher lengths; buy now or read the grading guide first.
