Buying

Reserving a blank holds it for you and creates an order; payment is by PayPal invoice, sent within one business day. If an invoice isn't paid within 7 days we may release the blank back for sale. Shipping is charged at the flat rates current at the time of sale.

Bidding

Bids in the featured auction are binding — if you're the high bidder when the auction ends, you're committing to buy at that price. Auctions extend by five minutes when a bid arrives in the final five minutes. We may cancel an auction before it closes if we need to.

Offers

Making an offer doesn't reserve a blank — it stays available to other buyers until an offer is accepted. An accepted offer (including an accepted counter-offer) becomes a binding order at that price.

The wood

Photos are of the exact blank you receive, and grades are assigned honestly per our grading guide. Walnut and maple are natural materials: if a hidden internal flaw is discovered while your blank is being carved, we replace the blank free. Returns are accepted within 15 days of shipping — details.

Mistakes

If a listing contains an obvious error — a misplaced decimal point in a price, the wrong photos — we may cancel the affected order and refund anything paid, rather than honor the error.
